These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Engraced Tech website and your purchase of the Engraced Tech Business Launch Package and related services.
By placing an order, making payment, accepting a proposal, submitting your information for onboarding, or otherwise engaging Engraced Tech for services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
Engraced Tech is a technology, branding and business solutions company that helps entrepreneurs establish and launch their businesses.
Our services may include business registration assistance, branding, websites, business documents, online presence, marketing materials, consultation and technical support.

The Engraced Tech Business Launch Package is designed to bring several business-startup services together into one package.
The package described in the current offer includes:
The exact scope of work may also be defined by the proposal, onboarding information, written agreement or other service documentation provided to the customer.
The regular advertised price of the Business Launch Package is ₦400,000.
The early-bird offer is ₦100,000 for qualifying customers.
The ₦100,000 early-bird price is limited to the first 20 businesses that qualify for the offer, as stated in the applicable promotion.
Engraced Tech reserves the right to end or modify a promotional offer when the stated promotional conditions have been fulfilled or where required by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your payment covers the services and deliverables expressly included in the Business Launch Package.
It does not automatically cover:
Where an additional cost is necessary, Engraced Tech will communicate the additional cost before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
Engraced Tech assists customers with CAC business registration and related processes.
However, CAC registration and certain other services depend on government agencies and third-party systems.
Engraced Tech cannot guarantee the processing speed, availability, approval decision, requirements or actions of a third party.
Where a government agency or third party causes a delay, additional requirement or change in process, Engraced Tech will communicate the relevant information to the customer and take reasonable steps to continue progressing the customer’s project.
To deliver the services, you agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and materials reasonably required by Engraced Tech.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Delays caused by missing, inaccurate or late information may affect the delivery timeline.
If you provide photographs, logos, trademarks, written content, designs or other materials to Engraced Tech, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and provide those materials.
You remain responsible for any claims arising from materials that you provide without the necessary rights or authorization.
The included website is a professional one-page website based on the agreed scope.
The website may require the customer to provide information, photographs, business descriptions, contact details and other content.
Engraced Tech will make reasonable efforts to deliver the website according to the agreed specifications.
Requests for additional pages, advanced functionality, e-commerce features, custom applications or other services outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
The package includes one year of domain registration and one year of website hosting, subject to the applicable domain and hosting provider’s policies and availability.
The package also includes professional business email as described in the agreed scope.
Renewal fees after the included period are not automatically included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Domain availability may affect the exact domain name that can be registered.
Where included and applicable, Engraced Tech will assist with establishing or setting up the customer’s business presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
The operation, approval, verification, visibility and continued availability of these accounts are controlled by the relevant platforms.
Engraced Tech does not guarantee that a third-party platform will approve an account, verify a business, rank a business in search results, maintain an account, or provide any particular level of visibility.
The package includes basic Search Engine Optimization and Google Business Profile setup where applicable.
These services are intended to establish a basic digital foundation.
Engraced Tech does not guarantee:
Search engines and online platforms use algorithms and policies outside our control.
The package includes 100 professionally designed flyers.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that factual business information supplied for the flyers is accurate.
Engraced Tech is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information supplied or approved by the customer.
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope may be provided where applicable.
Work requested beyond the agreed scope may attract an additional fee.
Where the customer is required to approve a design, website, document or other deliverable, delays in providing approval may affect the overall project timeline.
Once a deliverable has been approved by the customer, additional changes may be treated as new work and may attract additional charges where they fall outside the agreed scope.
The estimated overall delivery timeline for the Business Launch Package is approximately one month.
This is an estimate rather than an absolute guarantee.
Some elements depend on third parties, including CAC processing, domain availability, hosting providers, social media platforms and other external services.
Engraced Tech will make reasonable efforts to progress the project efficiently and communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

These services are intended to assist with the initial setup and reasonable technical issues related to the services delivered.
They do not automatically include unlimited redesigns, new features, new pages, ongoing content creation, paid advertising management, third-party subscription fees or major changes outside the original scope.
Engraced Tech is committed to professional delivery, a transparent process, no hidden charges for items already included in the package, and dedicated support.
If Engraced Tech fails to deliver a promised item included in the package, without a mutually agreed reason, Engraced Tech will, subject to these Terms and the agreed scope:

Any refund will be assessed based on the portion of the package that was not delivered and any work or third-party costs already properly incurred.
Because the Business Launch Package involves a combination of customized services, registration processes, design work, website development and third-party services, cancellation and refund requests will be assessed based on the stage of the project and services already performed.
If you wish to cancel an order, you should contact Engraced Tech as soon as possible.
Where work has already commenced, Engraced Tech may retain amounts reasonably attributable to services already performed, third-party costs already incurred, registration fees or other non-recoverable expenses, subject to applicable law.
Where Engraced Tech has not delivered a service that it was contractually required to provide, applicable consumer rights and remedies will not be excluded by this clause.
The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act provides consumer remedies where services fail to meet applicable standards, including remedies relating to defective or improperly performed services.
Engraced Tech retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, systems, processes, tools, methods, know-how and proprietary materials.
Subject to full payment, the customer will receive the agreed final business deliverables created specifically for the customer, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.
Third-party fonts, plugins, themes, software, stock images or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
The customer may not claim ownership of third-party materials that Engraced Tech does not own.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Engraced Tech may display completed branding, website or design work created for a customer in its portfolio, website, social-media pages or promotional materials.
If you do not want your completed project used for promotional purposes, you may contact us with a written request.
You agree not to use services provided by Engraced Tech for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
You must not knowingly provide false information for government registration, impersonate another person or business, infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights, or use any website, account or business materials created by Engraced Tech for unlawful purposes.
Engraced Tech provides business setup, technology, branding and related services.
We do not guarantee that your business will:
Your business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business model, pricing, market conditions, competition, execution, customer demand and your own marketing efforts.
Engraced Tech may assist you in establishing accounts or profiles with third-party services.
Those services are operated independently by their respective companies.
Engraced Tech is not responsible for changes to their policies, algorithms, fees, availability, account restrictions, suspensions or other actions outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Engraced Tech will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Nigerian law.
Engraced Tech will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including government processing delays, third-party platform outages, internet or hosting failures, domain-related issues, payment-provider issues, natural disasters, civil disturbances, changes in government requirements or other similar events.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate significant delays and continue work once the relevant issue has been resolved.
Engraced Tech may make reasonable changes to the way a service is delivered where necessary because of changes in technology, third-party providers, government requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a change materially affects an agreed deliverable, we will seek to communicate the change to the customer.
If you have a complaint concerning our services, please contact Engraced Tech first and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
We encourage customers and Engraced Tech to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before pursuing formal legal remedies.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer-protection rights, disputes relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Nigeria.
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
Engraced Tech may update these Terms from time to time.
