1. Scope of the Complete Business Launch Package

By enrolling in an Engraced Tech cohort, you are contracting for the synchronized delivery of 20 standardized business assets:

2. Done-For-You Execution & Zero-Revision Policy

Our operational model is built around precision, speed, and affordability. We do not run subjective back-and-forth revision rounds or design committee approval cycles.

Our senior specialists translate the exact data provided in your Founder Onboarding Brief into finished, production-ready deliverables. The color codes, names, spelling, contact details, and preferences you provide during intake are considered final and binding upon submission. Once production commences, changes cannot be made without incurring additional standalone production fees.

3. Non-Refundable Fee Policy

Due to the immediate disbursement of non-recoverable third-party statutory fees (including CAC federal filing fees, official domain registry fees, and commercial print material allocation) upon cohort onboarding, all payments made for the Business Launch Package are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Delivery & Handover Mechanics

Deliverables are dispatched via two primary channels:

Digital Vault (Google Drive): All digital brand assets, vector logos, letterhead templates, stamp artwork, and official CAC certificates are uploaded directly to your private Google Drive Master Vault.
Live Digital Properties: Your Next.js website and domain are deployed directly to production cloud edge servers.
Physical Print Package: Physical goods (Business cards, Letterheads, Rubber Stamp, ID Badges, Flyers) are packaged and dispatched via GIG Logistics Express Courier with a live waybill tracking reference.

5. 30-Day Synchronized Turnaround SLA

Our standard cohort production timeline is 30 calendar days from the date of valid, complete onboarding brief submission. Engraced Tech is not liable for regulatory delays caused by external statutory government systems (e.g. CAC portal downtime or public holidays).

6. Client Representation & Warranty

By completing onboarding, the client warrants that all personal details, identification documents, and business name choices provided are genuine, accurate, and comply with all applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
