We collect personal and corporate data provided directly by you during project intake and consultation, including: founder names, contact details (email, WhatsApp number), government IDs (for CAC accreditation), business descriptions, and billing preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To register your business name or limited company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- To design custom logos, typography assets, and brand kits tailored to your vision.
- To develop, host, and launch your official web application and business email system.
- To communicate milestone updates, delivery reviews, and technical maintenance notices.
3. Data Protection & Confidentiality
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties. Sensitive information submitted for official registrations is handled under strict non-disclosure obligations and transmitted over encrypted channels.
4. Payment Security
All online transactions are securely tokenized and processed via Paystack (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Engraced Tech does not store or access your credit/debit card numbers or banking PINs.
