3.0 TIMELINE OF DELIVERY
The engagement is normally completed within approximately thirty (30) days of confirmation of payment and provision of your business details. Branding and web development proceed in parallel with CAC processing so that delays in statutory agencies affect the overall timeline as little as possible. Should any stage exceed the stated period due to factors outside our control, you shall be informed promptly and in writing.

6.0 TERMS & ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of this proposal is deemed effective upon your completion of the onboarding questionnaire and confirmation of payment at the rate stipulated in clause 4.0. All designed assets and delivered materials shall be transferred to you upon completion. Our engagement is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
